1. Return and Exchange Policy
At Dagash Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Returns are only accepted for wrong, defective, or damaged items received.
- Items such as underwear, socks, and customized products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
- Contact our customer support via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order details, a reason for the return, and clear pictures (if applicable).
- Once approved, you will receive the return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process an exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 5-7 business days.
2. Refund Policy
- Full Refunds: Issued only if the item is out of stock or unavailable.
- Partial Refunds: Provided if the item received has a minor defect and the customer chooses to keep it.
- No Refunds: On orders where the wrong size or item was ordered by the customer. Instead, an exchange or store credit may be offered.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days after approval.
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- We offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria.
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on the location.
- Customers will receive a tracking number once their order is dispatched.
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
Note: Dagash Shop is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, courier issues, or strikes.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
